RATES
Piedmont Concierge executive and personal concierge services are based on a rate of $45 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Rates may vary depending on the scope of the project and services requested. For new clients, we work on a quarterly retainer basis. After the first quarter, fees may be paid monthly with each individual client or organization. Clients may also access our services with one of the following discounted monthly packages:

Payments
We accept major credit cards through our secure online PayPal account, personal/business checks and EFT Electronic Funds Transfer. Payment must be made in full before any services are rendered.
Expenses & Travel Related Costs
All rates include the first 10 miles of travel, based on the starting point of the task. Travel over 10 miles and other miscellaneous & travel related expenses incurred during the duration of the project will be billed seperately at cost.
